We will gather as a family to enjoy our practice of mindfulness and our commitment to build sangha, in light of the teaching on ‘dwelling happily in the present moment’. We will explore what it means to practice the ‘non-practice’ as skillful means to liberate us from our notions, thus making the work of sangha building not hard work but a joy. What does enjoying tea together have to do with Sangha building?
